What's in a Name?

Ok, so where have I been? I got my nails done today and there was an April issue of People out with Marcia Cross (from Desperate Housewives) on the front. She had twin girls in February. What really caught my eye was that she named one of her girls Eden, the other one is named Savannah. So, now I'll have to pay more attention to what's going on with the celebrities. But I tell you they are hard to keep up with. I don't even recognize half of them. Probably because I don't watch that much tv or see alot of new release movies. I'm the first one to change the channel if Brittany, Paris or Lindsey are mentioned.
There's got to be more to life...................
But really, if you know another Eden please comment. I've only known 2 other ones. One was a guy a yr older than me in High School and the other one was a daughter of a Dr I worked with.

I had heard that Bono, of U2 fame, and his wife started a clothing company called Edun because it spelt nude backwards and the goal was to produce a product that was sooo comfy its like being naked. I realize its not the same as sharing a name, but its a sweet piece of Hollywood (rare!) that made me smile. I was reminded of it when I read your post...enjoy...:)

About Me

My photo
By day...I work in the Healthcare field, where every .. i.. has to be dotted and every ..t.. has to be crossed. This blog is the place where I can let myself go and have some fun. I am on a journey. A journey I started a long time ago, but it has been a bit sidetracked with Navy Wife relocations and raising kids. I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and I have got some time for me. No, I will not be one of those moms walking around the house with Empty Nest Syndrome, I have got way too much to do, to learn, to create. Sure, once the kids are gone I will miss them....but hey, there is always the phone, the email, the texting and the Plane tickets! I love my life and my family and It is fun moving into this new stage. I am into Digital Scrapbooking, photography, journaling, Art Journaling and Drawing. I am a do-it-yourselfer and I am trying to teach myself to draw. I am finding that it takes a lot of patience, lots of practice and a good eraser! And if you're really curious there's a 3 part Interview by Eileen: HERE All the best, Eden
